As the founder of LBM Institute, Iva came to us to bring greater clarity and alignment to her personal brand and the next evolution of her work.

We began by uncovering her Signature WHY - the deeper purpose driving her work - and translating it into a compelling Founder story and a distinctive brand identity. From Signature portraits to logo art direction, every element was designed to reflect who she is and what she stands for.

Together, we also shaped a new business concept around Regenerative Leadership, defining the client journey and developing tailored offers for both B2C and B2B audiences.
