From a new vision to a distinctive brand

Lada already had a successful entrepreneurial career when she came to us with a new vision: to create a different kind of experience for leaders - one that would offer space to pause, reconnect, and find a renewed sense of meaning.

Our work began by giving shape to the vision. We clarified the concept and positioning, developed the business model, structured the offers and pricing, and found the name that captured the essence of the idea: Sanctuary for Leaders.

From there, we built the brand around Lada herself - crafting her founder story, defining the verbal and visual identity, and creating imagery through a dedicated photoshoot. The journey culminated in a landing page designed to communicate the experience and invite the right leaders into it.
